Christmas orders
Orders that are made after our cut off dates that aren't completed in time will be completed upon our return on the 7th of January.
Please leave a note at the checkout stating it is a Christmas order.
- Local pick up until the day before Christmas. Cut off time is 5:30pm on the 24th for collection unless otherwise discussed.
- Free local delivery available until the 20th of December (if out of the 25km zone let us know suburb and we can let you know if free delivery is still possible)
- Interstate orders that require shipping will need to be ordered prior to the 17th of November. Orders made after then that require shipping we will take on but we are unable to gaurantee they will arrive on time due to potential shipping delays.
- Cut off date to order in Victoria for the local delivery or pick up option is the 20th November. (NO GAURANTEE OF ARRIVING IN TIME)
Orders that are made early will be priority and we reserve the right to change our cut off dates for shipping, local delivery and free pick up.
When delivering locally for free we are unable to book times in and you may only be notified of it's arrival 1 hour beforehand. We will notify you of the delivery date the day before but can't provide an exact time. The delivery date may vary to ensure everyone receives their items in time. We will ensure it is left in a safe place if no one is there to recieve it. If you live in a complex or similar area please leave a note at the the checkout with information on where the safest place to leave it is. Do not email us this information unless requested as we may not link the information to your order. Please remember to leave a note at the checkout.
Our local delivery is done by us and not a courier so please be patient with us 😊
If you're just out of our 25kms free delivery zone please contact us with your suburb and we may be able to offer free delivery.
SHIPPING DISPATCH DATES- 1ST, 2ND & 3RD of Dec. We take no responsibility for their arrival dates as we are not the couriers.
DELIVERY DATES- 18TH, 19TH & 20TH of Dec. As above you may not be given notice of the date or time yours is arriving as we have over 100 kitchens to deliver ourselves.
PICK UP DATES- 22ND, 23RD & 24TH from 118 NORTHGATE DR, THOMASTOWN. 11am - 5:30pm Please let us know prior to arrival so we can have it prepared to load into your car/trailer. Pick up may be available earlier if you recieve an earlier notification.
